Cookie policy

Last updated: Version 1

Cookies are small records a site leaves in your browser. SellerLibrary uses cookies only to keep you signed in, verify your requests and remember the language you chose. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. This page lists every cookie and every record we keep in your browser by name; how personal data is handled in general is in the Privacy policy. This is a translation; where it differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.

The cookies we use are either necessary for the service to work or remember a choice you made (the language). Such cookies need no consent (Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, Guide on Cookie Practices). If an analytics or marketing cookie is ever added, your consent will be asked before it is used, and refusing will be as easy as accepting.

When you give the support team temporary access, the team's read-only view uses the same session cookies and lasts one hour at most. The __Host- prefix makes the browser send these cookies only over a secure connection and only to sellerlibrary.com.

Records kept in your browser

Your interface preferences are kept in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, and are never sent to the server. Session-only ones are deleted when you close the tab.

KeyWhat forHow long
sl:introThat the opening animation was shown in this sessionUntil the tab closes
sl:view:…Your filter and view choices in the workspaceUntil the tab closes or you sign out
sl:release-reloadThat the page reloaded once for a new releaseUntil the tab closes
sl:rail, sl:store-listing-viewYour sidebar and listing view preferenceUntil you clear it
sl:announcement-dismissed, sl:notes-seen, sl:today-seenThe announcement you closed, the news you read, that you saw the Today summaryUntil you clear it
sl:palette-recent, sl:research:lastWhat you used last in the command palette, the research page you opened lastUntil you clear it
sl:selly-off, sl:selly:…That you turned off Selly's tips, and which ones you sawUntil you clear it (some until the tab closes)
sl:soundsYour sound preferenceUntil you clear it
sl:extension-idThe extension's id, so the site can talk to your Chrome extensionUntil you clear it
sl:bulk:…Where you left a bulk upload: the rows you ticked, the ASINs you typed and the price ratio (no prices)24 hours

The Chrome extension also keeps, in its own storage, only the device key, the state of the running job, your settings and your last 50 searches made from the extension; removing the extension deletes them. If you turn on browser notifications, the subscription address your browser gives is stored on our server and deleted when you turn notifications off.

Third parties

There are no advertising, analytics or social media scripts on the site; fonts and the site's own images load from our own server. Amazon and eBay product images shown in the workspace load straight from those companies' servers; your browser then sends them your IP address, and their own cookies depend on your browser's third-party cookie settings. SellerLibrary never reads those cookies.

SellerLibrary doesn't track you across other sites, so your browser's "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal does not change anything here.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings (in Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Site data). Deleting the session cookie signs you out; deleting the language cookie asks for the language again. If you block the necessary cookies, you can't sign in.

Changes

When we add a cookie or a record, we update this page in the same release, and the date and version at the top change. For questions, write to support@sellerlibrary.com.
