Terms
Terms of use
These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and the service provider for the use of the SellerLibrary website, workspace, Chrome extension and the services offered with them (together, the "Service"). They take effect when you accept them by ticking the box at sign-up or in Settings › Profile. Please read them carefully; in particular, Your marketplace accounts and their rules, The extension and automations, Limits of liability and Governing law and jurisdiction directly affect your rights and obligations. This is a translation; where it differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.
The parties
The parties are the service provider SellerLibrary, whose details are in the card below ("SellerLibrary", "we"), and the individual or legal entity who signs up to SellerLibrary by invitation and accepts these terms ("you"). If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Anyone under 18 may not open an account.

The Service and our independence
SellerLibrary is software for eBay sellers that offers product research, matching with an Amazon source, cost and profit calculation, preparing and publishing listings, and managing the store, orders and tracking. The Service is designed for sellers running a business on eBay and is used for professional or commercial purposes.
SellerLibrary is independent software; it is not operated by eBay Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc., is not affiliated with either company and is not endorsed by them. eBay and Amazon are trademarks of their respective companies.
The Service is a tool: which product you sell, at what price, from which source and under which sourcing model, and which actions you take, are your decisions. Information taken from sources is shown with its coverage and when it was last updated; missing or estimated data is never presented as definite sales, revenue or earnings. Research results and profit calculations are for information and are not a guarantee of profit; for fees and taxes, eBay's and Amazon's own records prevail.
Early access and pricing
SellerLibrary is in early access and is free during early access. Features may change and there may be temporary interruptions during this time; no particular availability is promised. After early access, the Service will be offered in paid plans. Before any paid period starts, the plans, prices and date are announced by email, and the pre-contract information and distance sales texts are shown before you pay. You are never charged or moved to a paid plan without your explicit consent.
Your account
Sign-up is by invitation, and an invitation is personal. Keeping your account details accurate and up to date and protecting your password and two-step verification are your responsibility. You may not transfer, rent or open your account to someone else. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, tell support@sellerlibrary.com at once. Actions taken from your account are deemed yours unless proven otherwise.
Your marketplace accounts and their rules
Your eBay and Amazon accounts are yours. In everything done with them, eBay's User Agreement and policies and Amazon's Conditions of Use bind you, and following them is your responsibility.
The Chrome extension reads eBay and Amazon pages in your browser and with your session; on Amazon it fills the address form and, if you turned that on, places the order. To the marketplaces these requests appear to come from your account. SellerLibrary limits its reading pace and stops when it meets a verification or an access restriction; even so, it cannot guarantee that eBay or Amazon won't consider a reading or an automation against their rules or restrict your account.
Under eBay's sourcing policy, buying an item from another retailer or marketplace and having it shipped straight to the buyer is not allowed; items must ship from your own stock or from a wholesaler or agreed supplier. SellerLibrary's order help and sourcing features do not make your sourcing model compliant with these rules. Which model you sell under, and its consequences, are your responsibility.
That the products you sell are lawful; selling permissions and brand rights (including eBay's VeRO program); compliance with tax, customs, product safety and consumer law; and your obligations to your buyers, are your responsibility.
The extension and automations
Rules, automatic pricing, tracking upload, buyer messages, scheduled publishing and Automatic payment work only with the settings you turned on and within the limits you set; you can turn them off at any moment. Actions taken under these settings are deemed taken on your behalf and on your instructions; the settings you turn on and the approvals you give are recorded with their time. If an automation behaves in a way you didn't expect, turn it off at once and tell us.
Listings are published only with your explicit approval or on a schedule you set. With Automatic payment, payment uses the method saved and selected in your Amazon account; card details never reach SellerLibrary. Orders placed on Amazon are a separate contract between you and Amazon; SellerLibrary is not a party to it.
Listings and content rights
You are responsible for the accuracy of listing details (title, description, item specifics, price, stock, shipping and returns). Text and images taken from sources (including Amazon) don't come with a right to use them; securing the necessary rights is yours. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload yourself.
SellerLibrary may stop the publishing of a brand, category or listing that appears to carry a risk of infringement, a prohibited item or misleading content. These checks don't remove your responsibility and don't mean that a listing complies with the rules.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- get around the verifications, access restrictions and rate limits of marketplaces or other sites;
- act on an account or store you aren't authorized for, or try to access other users' records;
- publish fake, misleading, infringing or prohibited listings;
- send unsolicited messages to buyers or third parties;
- security-test the Service without permission, spread malware or overload the system;
- copy, reverse engineer, resell or let others use the software, except where the law allows;
- carry out any activity that breaks the law.
Personal data and buyers' data
How your personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.
When the Service processes personal data of your eBay buyers (shipping name, address, phone; the initials and destination on the tracking page), you are the data controller and SellerLibrary is the data processor (KVKK art. 12). SellerLibrary:
- processes this data only on your instructions and to provide the Service, and for no other purpose;
- protects it against unauthorized access, loss and disclosure with appropriate technical and organizational measures;
- shares it only with the sub-processors listed in the Privacy policy (hosting and email);
- tells you without delay when it learns of a data breach;
- deletes it when your account is deleted or when eBay sends an account deletion notice.
Informing your buyers and following eBay's data protection rules are your obligations.
Intellectual property
The SellerLibrary software, design and texts and the SellerLibrary and Selly names and logos are ours. While these terms apply, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Service for your own business. The content you upload and create is yours; you allow us to store it, process it and send it to eBay at your request, only to provide the Service. We may use suggestions and feedback you send to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
Availability
We aim to run the Service without interruption; maintenance, updates and security may cause short outages. The Service depends on eBay's and Amazon's pages, eBay's connection services and our hosting provider; changes and outages there may pause some features for a while. Before removing an important feature, we give reasonable notice.
Limits of liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, SellerLibrary is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or sales, restrictions marketplaces place on your account, changes in source prices and stock, shipping delays or buyer claims. For direct damage, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the damage arose.
These limits do not apply to intent and gross negligence, to harm to life and health, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115). If you use the Service as a consumer, your mandatory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
Third-party claims
Claims brought against us because of your use against these terms, marketplace rules or third parties' rights, and the reasonable costs of defending them, are borne by you in proportion to your fault.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Your data; the request waits 14 days, during which you can download your data. In case of a serious breach of these terms, a security risk or a legal requirement, we may suspend or close your account; except in emergencies we tell you in advance and give the reason. If the early access ends or the Service closes, we give at least 30 days' notice and time to download your data.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, except for urgent changes required by security or law, we announce the change by email and in the app at least 15 days before it takes effect. A new version applies to you when you accept it in Settings › Profile; a change against you never applies without your acceptance. Until you accept, some actions such as publishing listings may pause; if you don't want to accept, you can close your account and download your data.
Notices
Notices to you are sent to the email address registered in your account and in the app. You can send notices to us at support@sellerlibrary.com.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. For disputes with users who are merchants or public legal entities, the courts and enforcement offices where the service provider has its business seat have jurisdiction (Code of Civil Procedure art. 17). If you use the Service as a consumer, you can apply to consumer arbitration committees within their monetary limits and to consumer courts above them.
Other terms
If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the others remain in force. You may not transfer your rights under this agreement without our written consent; in a merger or transfer, we may transfer it to whoever continues the Service and will tell you. The English translation of these terms is for information; where they differ, the Turkish text prevails.
Seller responsibility statement
The statement you accept at sign-up or in Settings › Profile reads:
I have read and accept the terms of use. I accept that I will work only with products, brands and categories I am allowed to sell; that I have the right to use the content I upload myself and will secure the necessary usage rights for text and images taken from sources; and that I am responsible for the accuracy of listing details and my store policies, and for my sourcing model complying with eBay's and Amazon's rules.
This acceptance is recorded in your account with the date and the terms version; it isn't asked again for every product. It doesn't unlock a blocked brand or category, and doesn't by itself create a right to use source content. Product matches, content permissions, store details and publishing are checked separately.
