Apply for early access. Once your invitation opens your account, you connect your eBay store and install the Chrome extension.
Why is the Chrome extension needed?
The research tools work with the Chrome extension. What it reads and why it needs each permission is written on the Chrome extension page.
Does my computer need to be on?
For the work you do with the extension, yes. Up to your package's tracking limit, we watch product prices and stock while your computer is off too.
Is it within eBay's rules?
eBay does not allow buying from another retailer and shipping straight to the buyer. Before you publish, you choose your sourcing model: your own stock or an authorised wholesaler. Following the rule is the seller's responsibility.
How is my data protected?
Your research, products and drafts are visible only in your account. We store your eBay store connection encrypted. You can download your data or delete your account at any time.
Which marketplaces does it work with?
Today ebay.com (US) and amazon.com. Prices are in dollars.
