Publish ready drafts in one queue

Pick the drafts you've prepared and send them to bulk publishing. Every draft goes through the same checks before it reaches eBay; the queue runs in order and each row's result is written separately. If a row fails, only that row is set aside and the rest carry on.

01Steps

How it works

  1. Every row gets its own checks

Required fields, policies and location, the listing fee and the brand check are done for each draft separately. A draft with a gap doesn't stop the queue; it's set aside with its reason.

  2. Order and limits

Publishing runs in small groups within the limits eBay allows. If eBay's daily limit fills, the job waits and says why, then carries on from where it stopped once the limit opens.

  3. No resending when the result is unclear

If eBay doesn't answer, the row is marked 'result pending'. So the same listing isn't published twice, the row is never resent by itself.

02What changes

The work done by hand is wiped away; one flow takes its place.

  1. BeforeOpening and publishing drafts one at a timeWith SellerLibraryThe drafts you pick go live in one queue, in order
  2. BeforeNot knowing which listing stopped in a bulk job, and whyWith SellerLibraryEach row's result on its own: published, needs a fix or result pending

03Needs and limits

What to know before you start

What it needs

  • A connected eBay store Bulk publishing runs in your connected store through eBay's official connection.
  • Monthly new-listing allowance Each new listing that goes live uses your allowance; a listing eBay refuses doesn't.

Where it stops

  • eBay's selling limit and daily limit are separate from your SellerLibrary package; when they fill, the job waits.
  • Bulk publishing works only with the drafts you pick; it never publishes drafts on its own.

In the packages

The monthly new-listing allowance, tracking capacity and how many stores you can connect depend on the package. The allowance is shared by all your stores.

YouIf one listing fails, do the others stop?

SellyNo. The failing row is set aside with its reason and the rest carry on. You can resend the draft once it's fixed.
