Digital service access

Last updated:

What the service is

SellerLibrary is software used online: a web workspace and a Chrome extension. No physical product is sent to you, and nothing is delivered by post or courier.

How access starts

Sign-up is by invitation for now. When your invitation arrives, you open your account and verify your email address; your workspace is then available straight away. The Chrome extension is installed from the Chrome Web Store, as described on the Chrome extension page.

Paid packages

Once paid packages are on sale, a package's allowances open in your account when a verified notice arrives from the payment provider. Your package and its usage show in Settings › My package. Until then, you use the allowances of early access.

Not to be confused with order shipping

SellerLibrary's order line and shipment tracking concern your own eBay orders and your buyers' parcels. SellerLibrary itself is not shipped and has no delivery time.

If you can't get in

If your invitation, email verification or extension doesn't work, write to us or email support@sellerlibrary.com.
