When a source changes, you decide what happens
Rules set what happens to your eBay listing and order when a source's stock, price or shipment changes. For each job you choose Off, Suggest or Rule. Suggest brings the change for your approval; Rule applies it for you within the limits whose wording you approved, and every action leaves a record.

Nothing changes on an old or incomplete reading
- 3 modes
- Off, Suggest, Rule
- Recorded
- who turned a rule on, when, and the wording approved
- Bounded
- floor, ceiling and daily limit are yours
01Steps
How it works

Stock guard
If a product shows out of stock on Amazon, your eBay listing's quantity goes to 0; when it shows in stock again, the previous quantity is written back. In Suggest mode the change waits for your approval.
Price rule
The eBay price follows the Amazon cost and your target margin, between the floor and ceiling you set. A change beyond your limit in one step waits as a suggestion.
Tracking upload
Once the supplier's shipment first shows with the carrier, the tracking number is uploaded to your eBay order. No number goes before it ships, and the same number never goes twice.
Pause all
One button holds every rule back; suggestions keep coming. A rule can be set for the whole workspace, one store or one listing.
02What changes
The work done by hand is wiped away; one flow takes its place.

03Needs and limits
What to know before you start
What it needs
- A connected eBay store Rules apply to the listings in your connected store.
- A source reading A rule acts only on a current source reading; it needs the Tracking System or extension tracking.
Where it stops
- No unconditional deletion; rules never end a listing.
- No automatic buying; you always place the supplier order yourself.
- An action beyond the daily limit waits as a suggestion.
In the packages
The monthly new-listing allowance, tracking capacity and how many stores you can connect depend on the package. The allowance is shared by all your stores.
