See how your store is doing, with real data

My store › Overview sums up today's work, the trend and your money. The Money section shows sales and profit order by order; an order with an unknown cost keeps an 'unknown' profit. Insights works out traffic, money lost, listings that don't sell and your store's DNA from your own data.

01Steps

How it works

  1. Real and unknown apart

When eBay fees and the source cost are known, profit is worked out. An unknown item is never filled in with a guess; that order is marked 'unknown'.

  2. Today's work

Overview gathers the orders waiting for you, sold-out sources and the trend on one screen.

  3. Safe exports

Download lists as CSV or XLSX. Cells are prepared so they can't run as formulas in a spreadsheet.

02What changes

The work done by hand is wiped away; one flow takes its place.

  1. BeforeGuessing profit roughlyWith SellerLibraryProfit per order; an unknown cost marked separately
  2. BeforeSpotting a money-losing listing too lateWith SellerLibraryMoney lost and listings that don't sell, listed in Insights

03Needs and limits

What to know before you start

What it needs

  • A connected eBay store Analytics use only the data of your own connected store.

Where it stops

  • No revenue or savings estimates; charts show only data that was read.
  • This summary isn't an accounting record.

In the packages

The monthly new-listing allowance, tracking capacity and how many stores you can connect depend on the package. The allowance is shared by all your stores.
