Refund and cancellation

Where things stand today

SellerLibrary is currently used through early access and paid sales are not open. No payment is taken today, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.

When packages go on sale

Before you buy, the package's price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown, together with the pre-contract information and distance-sales texts described in the Terms of use › Early access and pricing. This document will be updated with the refund and withdrawal terms before sales open, and its date will change.

When a payment opens a package

A package's allowances open only when a verified notice arrives from the payment provider; information coming from the browser never opens one. Card details are taken on the payment provider's own page, not by SellerLibrary.

Early access users

Your current early access rights are kept. Any move to a paid package is announced in advance; you are never charged or moved to a paid package without your explicit consent.
